PHASE I—Research:
Information-gathering meetings and listening to key decision makers is how we firstly grasp the message that you, our client, wants to achieve. Although this process is somewhat time-consuming, it is also crucially important. It sharpens focus and objectives, helping ensure that what we produce is not only creatively excellent, but strategically targeted.
PHASE IV—Production:
We oversee all production of the project; managing and instructing our vendors to maintain consistency, time-frames and low-cost to ensure that the final outcome reaches beyond mere satisfaction.
PHASE II—Conception:
We take time to consider several approaches (concepts). In addition, before submitting our ideas we also look into subcontractor availability, estimations, scheduling requirements, and various other practical elements. Our rough concepts are adequate to convey what we believe is the best approach to take, taking into consideration your budget, schedule, objectives, and preferences.
PHASE III—Execution:
There are a number of stages in this phase in order to bring the agreed concept eventually into a completely finished state, and throughout we route all work to the appropriate decision makers for fast detail checking only. Our goal is to keep your project moving ahead quickly, smoothly, and cost-effectively and to make sure that we’ll produce even better results than you hired us for.
